You call us. We handle the carrier.
We meet your adjuster on site, supply photo reports and the scope of work, and handle the paperwork from first inspection to final payout, so you stay focused on your family.
What a handled claim actually looks like.
Most of our customers have never filed a roof claim before. Here is the whole path, in order.
Document before you file.
It starts with a free storm inspection. We climb the roof, photograph the hail and wind damage, add drone footage, and tell you straight whether there is a claim worth filing. No claim, no filing, no pressure.
File with evidence in hand.
You open the claim with your carrier, and from that point the heavy lifting is ours. We prepare the claim documentation correctly the first time, because a well documented claim is what gets approved and a thin one is what gets argued about for months.
We meet the adjuster on your roof.
Your adjuster walks the roof with our team, not alone. We point out every item the storm touched and supply the full scope of work, so the approved claim reflects what your home actually needs.

We work claims across Janesville, Madison, Beloit and the surrounding communities, and material upgrades are always priced transparently so you know what the claim covers and what any upgrade costs before you decide. Certificates of insurance are available on request before we ever step on your property.
Asked before every claim.
Do you really handle the entire claim?
Yes. We do a free inspection, document storm damage with photos and drone footage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and supply the scope of work. You stay informed at every step, but you do not have to negotiate with the carrier. That is our job.
What if the adjuster misses something?
It happens, which is why we meet the adjuster on site instead of mailing in photos. If items get left out of the approved scope, we file supplemental claims so the work that should be covered actually gets covered.
Will filing a claim feel like a fight?
It should not, and our job is to keep it boring. We prepare the documentation the way carriers expect to see it, present the evidence clearly, and keep you informed without dragging you into the back and forth.
What should I do before calling my insurance company?
Get the damage documented first. A free Pixler inspection tells you whether you have a claim worth filing before anything goes on your record. If the damage is not significant enough to file, we will tell you that plainly.
Get the free inspection first.
Know whether you have a real claim before you call your carrier. Free inspection, honest answer, and if it is worth filing we take it from there.
