Tear Off
The crew strips the old roof down to bare deck and inspects the wood underneath. Anything soft or damaged gets flagged before a single new shingle goes on.
Dry In
Ice and water shield goes into the valleys and along the eaves, then ABC Pro Guard underlayment covers the rest of the deck. Your home is protected before lunch.
Shingle and Clean Up
Architectural shingles, ridge cap, and a full cleanup with a magnetic nail sweep across the yard. Our goal is a yard cleaner than the one we arrived to.
